I stumbled upon this while I was running the other day. I thought it looked pretty cool and didn't expect it to be in the neighbourhood, so on Sunday I decided to take a better look. Apparently this is the General Grant National Memorial and the largest tomb in North America. This is the final resting place of Ulysses S. Grant (the 18th president of the USA) and his wife.

Echt mooi en wat leuker maakt is dat je er toevallig langs liep/rende. Echt indrukwekkend zeg.
